Always excellent counter service. Thank you. Opening has limited a bit difficult why not open all day except MON - as so many other Northallerton businesses do now. Reviewed on: 13th September 2025

Difficulty with online form

I had difficulty editing an ISA transfer form on line and spoke to Simon McCabe. He was extremely helpful and patient and talked me through the whole process. I was very impressed with his professional handling of my problem to which he found a solution. He is very competent and was courteous throughout our conversation. Needed help setting up online banking and transferring money. Simon was patient and clear with his instructions and stayed online whilst I went through the various steps. He also helped me with the account number to use when paying money in as there are 2 account numbers at the front of my payment book, Reviewed on: 12th September 2025
