The Building Society who listen.

We recently booked an appointment at the Northallerton branch to discuss re investing some savings from an account which has reaching its full term. The staff there were polite, welcoming and very knowledgable about the various accounts available. The lady we spoke with listened to what we expected to do with the money invested and suggested several options for us. We talked through the various options and opened the account which provided everything we required from it. It is refreshing to find a Bank/Building Society who listen. Guisborough branch.

I use the Guisborough branch and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. They always make you aware about your accounts and if you would be better off moving your money to an account with better interest rates or more suited to your needs. Reviewed on: 29th January 2026
