It's ok .But staff need to learn politeness& C Service.

It's ok . Regularly get updates which is good . Spoke over the phone 2 times didn't find them polite. My mortgage ws/is 6.89 % which ridiculous but at the time interest was rising by Bank of England every other week Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

Great Service, great people

Darlington Building Society were one of the very few companies offering mortgages to the over 65 age group when we got our mortgage from them 9 year’s ago.
