Friendly, helpful Building Society

They are a friendly branch at Northallerton and happy to answer any question regardless how big or small it is. I wanted to come into a branch to arrange renew my mortage as I was not looking forward to speaking over the phone, but the lady I spoke to, explained everything brilliently and in languiage that was simple and easy to understand. I didn't have to take time off work to come into the branch, which was even better. I also have a savings account with the Darlington Building Society where I have managed to save up to make improvements around my house. Reviewed on: 8th April 2025

Best Mortgage Option if you work Overseas

As someone who works overseas Dartington was one of the few lenders who would offer me a mortgage despite an excellent credit rating. We live in a globalized world Dartington appreciates that reality. Reviewed on: 8th April 2025

I have called them a couple of times querying things such as early settlement or the option to remortgage both times have received really good friendly service.
