Brilliant accommodating mortgage department

We need to change our mortgage repayments as we'd come to the end of a fixed payment period. Without the help of Paula and Ian we wouldn't have been able to make the changes that absolutely suited us. They are brilliant. Paula helped me to work out what could be done with our mortgage and advised me exactly what needed to be done and when. When Paula was on annual leave Ian also sorted out our mortgage payments and managed to find out an error my bank ahd made in a payment. If either of you read this you are wonderful, extremely competent and I think deserve a prize for sorting out our mortgage. You have all of our thanks Paula and Ian. Great service and sad to leave

Throughout our 3 years mortgage with DBS we have received nothing but the highest quality service. Unfortunately due to the cost of living crisis we have had to shop around for the best rates which is taking us away to another provider. However, we will be looking at DBS mortgage rates in the future and if they are competitive, we will certainly look to return. The service has been impeccable. Thanks for everything!
