Disgraceful customer service. I was on the point of opening an account with them but needed a little guidance with their application form as I would have been a new customer. Phoned twice. Each time their robot guided me to a savings customer service phone which both times just rang unanswered. Sent them a general enquiries request through their website asking them to call me. No response from that either. They have just lost a potential new customer for ever with their shoddy behaviour and lousy attention to their own systems.
