She explained everthing I needed to know about my mortgage offers in a clear, novice-friendly way which ensured that I understood all my options and felt happy and confident that I was making a fully informed descicion. Cheryl my mortgage advisor has been amazing throughout this whole process, she has answered all of my questions and helped me to understand the process involved, shes gone out of her way to make the application process go as amooth as possible and have all documents i needed etc ready.
