Messed my life up

The title might sound extreme, however they have taken over 5 months to decide if I can have that mortgage. After 5 months they say my wage slip isnt good enough. They had that wage slip 5 months ago! I am an emergency worker snd every emergency worker has that on their wage slip... but because taken them so long.. i will miss the stamp duty break and also miss out on the help to buy... plus they took £350 of my money for a valuation they didnt do!
