My negative comment would be the turnaround time of decisions when they are important to the client. We did get the monies eventually but we required the builder to stop building whilst we awaited decisions. Reviewed on: 14th November 2017

Processing is very slow. Need to update systems, e.g. email credit checks, applications etc. We nearly lost our house purchase due to delays in getting the lending agreed. Reviewed on: 11th November 2017
