Easy to do business with, great value for money

I moved my car insurance to Direct Line a couple years ago, they were very easy to do business with, and everything was very clear. They were also by far the cheapest. Reviewed on: 8th November 2017

I used Direct Line as they were the cheapest but having since joined I've found out about their amazing customer service. The customer service stands out and they are easily contactable via email or phone. Great if you want to go paperless. Would I recommend to all as they are professional, and value for money. they are a big con,they attract you with small quotes as new customer but by the time you leave them you will be paying dealy

left my first insurance because l was attracted by their low quote after signing to their quote and 14 days went they say they have a claim from people l dont know that i hit their car 2 years before and they are claiming from my car insurance. i say i need to met those people to get an explaination of what they are talking about but am not given any information .my insurance goes up with ghost insurance claimers. when my contract is about over another ghost claimer comes up and my insurance goes up Reviewed on: 3rd November 2017
