I don't like or want to use internet banking and reslly appreciate the personal and helpful assistant based service st dudley b s . And no I am not old and computer illiterate and I use computers everyday for work a d when necessary just don't find it any more convenient than a personal service and I do worry about internet sucuity. please do. it go the way of other banks keep a local service for local people. Lovely friendly local staff!

The girls at Gornal Wood branch, are some of the nicest people you could wish to meet! Friendly, know their job and products, extremely helpful and professional but as local people, understand the area and are always happy to help out and get involved in community events. People like Katie and her colleagues, are what makes Gornal such a lovely place, in which to do business. Long May they continue to provide such an excellent service!
