Thank you for keeping branches open during Covid. Thank you for keeping DBS available via the telephone.Congratulations on the new location of the Kingswinford branch. Love the "local interest" poster on the wall reguarding the steam locomotive. More posters highlighting our wonderful local heritage would be welcome. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2021

Regular Savings Account

Just taken out a Regular Savers account, with (relative to the current market!) a competitive interest rate. Easy online setup, followed by a quick phonecall from a very friendly an helpful member of staff to confirm what identification documents were needed. All good so far! Reviewed on: 25th April 2021
