NICE AND EASY TRANSACTION

WENT INTO THE PERTON BRANCH AND WAS GREETED BY A GENTLEMAN (WOLVES FAN) AND A LOVELY YOUNG LADY WHO WERE BOTH VERY HELPFUL WITH MY TRANSACTION WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE TOO ***** EXCELLENT SERVICE SHAME ABOUT THE INTEREST RATE Reviewed on: 18th June 2020

Great service, great rates!

I have a basic small monthly saver, which I have had for many years. I occasionally have a question, mainly annual telecall re interest paid (to do my tax return). Always a quick answer and pleasant telephone manner from the Society. Thank you! Reviewed on: 18th June 2020

Efficient replies to questions in a professional manner. Employee knowledge seems impressive and is always delivered in a pleasant style. Quick responses to questions in a number of communicative forms. Reviewed on: 17th June 2020

Friendly

Generally staff are friendly but they are always helpful. Have dealt with people in venue and telephone, most supportive. However in recent times not being able to access some things simply on line would have aided. Reviewed on: 17th June 2020

Friendly & local building society

I have always held an account with Dudley building society since I was a small child. I have found it to be a good little building society. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Interest rates are usually ok. My only issues are the queue times in your branches! I always seem to have to wait ages! Reviewed on: 17th June 2020
