Helpful, knowledgeable. Clear statements for deceased accounts at date of death (clearer than other building societies). Provided interest (for tax purposes) over the phone and by post (promptly) and again faster than others. Reviewed on: 30th September 2024

All staff very welcoming immediately and offered me a tea/coffee. Listened and heard what I said. Attentive and helpful, pleasant atmosphere and surroundings. Tax free ISAs moved to here for FCS protection, quite a few years since deposits. Hard to think of any complaints. Any lack of understanding was connected to another bank.
