Savings for good - slow but steady!

The Ecology Building means savings are invested in positive change- although it’s definitely ‘slow banking’ over things like withdrawals, changing address, paper statements etc, this is a positive thing for me - my savings stay earning interest because I can’t quickly dip into them ! It takes 1-2 days. Customer service on the phone is good - they arranged an end of day Faster Payment when it was flagged for security, within 2hrs for house move. Good interest rates, only improvement is an app which is coming soon! Reviewed on: 29th November 2024

Simply the best

We have been with the society from about 1984 most of the time not having very much in our accounts but we were and are always treated with the utmost respect. All of the staff we have dealt with over the years have been so friendly and helpful far far better than other banks, society's we have been with. We wish we could do all of our banking with them. 100% recommended them. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2022

Postal Account where you can sleep at night
