Esure has great initial prices but with a catch

Great initial price for my car insurance as a new customer especially as I have been driving for a long time and had a few years no claims but there is no benefit to being an exsisting customer. They charge you more, customer service tries to explain insurance to you which is very patronising. Looking to switch now because the cost of my insurance is now the same as a friend of mine who has only been driving a year. Makes no sense! Shop around don't just automatically renew! Great Price - Great Cover

Great when signing up terrible when actually needed for a claim

Hit by another esure driver when I wasn't in the vehicle yet esure are charging me more on my renewal because of it and said I now owe them for not being happy with my repair due to the work having to be redone Reviewed on: 1st July 2017

Claim

dont ever use it to make a claim

they made me make a claim on MY policy from a hit and run driver. Not interested in people just there money, they use tinpot repair centers - it took over 4 weeks to fix my dent .. Reviewed on: 24th May 2017

Idiots

Completely unknown to me, their attempt to take a monthly payment failed... fair enough... BUT no phone call, no letter, nothing... The first I hear of any issues is after receiving a text message this morning while at work saying that my car insurance has been cancelled 3 DAYS AGO!.. Really?! REALLY?!!
