Really helpful

I took out my car insurance with Esure this year. I set it up online on monthly direct debit but decided I'd rather pay it in full. Called them and they were so helpful and it was sorted and I had my documents within minutes. Highly recommend. Reviewed on: 25th July 2017

Own repair garage Gemini useless

Taken car to esure repair garage 4 times. 1st time indicator light flashing to fast. 2nd time bumper, headlight,wing, bonnet all out of sync. Not new at all just tried to repair wing with glue round the wheel arch. Promised £30 if I took it back to them instead of taking it to my main dealer & did not get the £30. Because I was not satisfied with the results 2nd time round. Rang esure up and they got hoopers out to look at the car with the mechanic from the garage, who was rude with an attitude. Eventually took it to my car dealership who did a good job with all expenses paid. Also got compensation for what I went through. All this took 3 1/2 months. Only had minor accident. Gemini are no good at repairs & cut costs, hoping that you would not notice. Look on google and feedback from the company. Use your own garage of your own choice when you've been in an accident. Esure has great initial prices but with a catch

Great initial price for my car insurance as a new customer especially as I have been driving for a long time and had a few years no claims but there is no benefit to being an exsisting customer. They charge you more, customer service tries to explain insurance to you which is very patronising. Looking to switch now because the cost of my insurance is now the same as a friend of mine who has only been driving a year. Makes no sense! Shop around don't just automatically renew! Great Price - Great Cover

Great when signing up terrible when actually needed for a claim

Hit by another esure driver when I wasn't in the vehicle yet esure are charging me more on my renewal because of it and said I now owe them for not being happy with my repair due to the work having to be redone Reviewed on: 1st July 2017
