No trouble at all

Good, but could be better.

Overall, good, but problem with 15 hour lack of service, from 9pm (10/11/18) to 12pm (11/11/18). Reviewed on: 10th November 2018

No Robotic Menus

Using the current account switch, very smooth and if need to contact First Direct they have real people, based in the UK and none of those stupid automated menus on the phone... dial the number and a human answers... Perfect!! Great 5% linked Savings Account too!!! Cannot fault them! Reviewed on: 10th November 2018
