Simple but effective

No button pressing

Every time I ring to speak with FD I get straight through to a person... a real live person! A person who is helpful and gives me good advice I've been tempted by some cah offers to change banks, but I'm sticking with FD Reviewed on: 13th January 2018

Nice welcome bonus great customer service

I was given £150 to join first direct. My transfer was done within 2 weeks and I had my welcome bonus at the end of it. I’ve rang up the customer service team on more than one occasion and they are very professional and friendly. Would recommend to anyone. Reviewed on: 12th January 2018

Best bank I've ever had

Excellent Bank, helpful and hassle free

Switching to First Direct was easy and quick, they moved all my payments, standing orders and DD's within 7 days and gave me an incentive which was paid promptly. No longer tempted to switch for cash
