They are with you 24/7 at the end of a phone line with a UK based call centre. On the rare occassion when I need to talk to a real person my problems are simply dealt with and I feel like I am talking to a friend. Problem free current account, for a change.

Exceptional customer service

Have banked with FD for a long time - made the mistake many years ago after a poorer than normal experience to move current accounts but quickly regretted it and went back. App online always reliable and their phone customer service always exceptional. So nice polite and friendly and genuine. Actually seem to care about what they do and how they do it. Always professional efficient and well trained. use several other banks for saving or additional accounts or other products but refuse to move current account again. Reviewed on: 12th June 2025
