Simply the best

Have backed with first direct since 1999. Their 1st Account is brilliant as is their app. The fee free overdraft facility is extremely helpful as our Their staff. Excellent all round. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Wonderful Customer Service

I have been with first direct for many years and although I have hardly ever had issues, when I have needed assistance (normally because I've forgotten a password!), they have been really helpful and friendly on the phone. I love that cheques can be paid into the account by taking a photo and their process for adding a new credit card was simple and smooth. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
