Simple but effective

Excellent all-round full service online bank

FD does what the other online banks do but also provides live phone calls with people who understand banking. By far the best full range full service current account. Reviewed on: 18th January 2022

Accessible, efficient, responsive

I have had my current account with First Direct for over ten years now and have never had any issues or problems with the administration of it or in accessing customer services. It’s a 24 hour a day, 365 days a year operation that is efficient and responsive. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022
