Great bank! Great customer service, 24 hours a day, any issues are always dealt with promptly. Would be good if the current account paid interest as well. Reviewed on: 21st June 2025

First direct are clearly ahead of other banks

Good customer service, good overdraft facility as standard, good rates for linked savings accounts. Don't seem to send as many annoying emails as other banks. Always helpful if you need anything from them. Used to be a pain having no branches, but neither does anyone else these days. Reviewed on: 26th February 2025
