By far the best bank

Faultless in virtually every aspect and backed by HSBC (rather than a start up with a nice shiney mobile app but nothing to back this up when things go wrong (as they surely do at some point). Brilliant Banking

I have recently switched to First Direct from HSBC who I was with for over 13 years. I know HSBC and First Direct are part of the same banking group but what a breath of fresh air First Direct is. Easy online banking app and online services. The call centre are amazing, I have never waited more than 2 minutes to speak to an advisor.
