Excellent account

If you can cope with operating an account pretty much 100% online this is the account for you. I have always had great service, never had any issues and on the odd occasion I need to speak to someone they haven't kept me waiting on the phone. Reviewed on: 8th November 2018

Always on top of the game

In the 10 years plus I have banked with First Direct I have never had a problem. Either online or on the phone they are always helpful. The call operatives are happy to chat as well! Reviewed on: 8th November 2018

Consistently good
