I used first response for the first time,got approve...

I used first response for the first time,got approved and picked up my car,as luck would have it the car blew its head gasket on the A14.i got RAC to tow me home and first response really helped with dealing with the garage as the garage were being very pushy and wanted to repair the car.first response customer service was fantastic and cancelled the finance,I then found a new car and I’m still with first response and wouldn’t go anywhere else Reviewed on: 28th April 2025
