Highly Recommended!

I took a car loan with First Response in 2019. One of the first things I noticed was their high level of customer service. They are easy to get through to via telephone and every query is quickly answered without the use of confusing jargon. They also have an online portal which not only provides you with all the info you need regarding your loan, ie time remaining, how much you still owe etc, but if you are buying a new car you can also add the vehicle details to your account via the portal which quickens up the finance process even more! Since 2019 my interest rate has also been reduced regularly which is a fantastic added bonus. What other company does that?? Overall, there isn't one thing I can fault them on during the 3 years I've been using them. Highly recommended to anyone who needs car finance! Reviewed on: 13th August 2021
