Excellent customer service

I honestly cannot fault first response finance, excellent customer service and really take care of there customers, i had abit of unluck with the first car i purchased and first response sorted out returning the vehicle and even payed for the recovery truck to get the car back to the dealership. I then found another car and explained that i would like to stay with them as i had a good experience with them so they then matched the rates offered at the new cars dealership so im a very happy customer. Able to get decent finance when I couldn't from elsewhere

Due to a not great credit score, I couldn't get a decent affordable finance for my car, the car dealer put a request in to first response finance and I was able to get a really great deal and affordable finance for my car. Great service from First Response. Reviewed on: 13th August 2021
