Excellent, efficient, trustworthy and friendly

I've been with GWCU for years, both for savings and loans. Always had an excellent, friendly and helpful experience with them. They are trustworthy, very efficient and go above and beyond to help. Their interest rates in loans are fair and interest on savings is good. I would highly recommend them to friends and family. Reviewed on: 30th May 2025

Would highly recommend

I was kept informed throughout the process and funds were made available promptly. Would certainly recommend as an alternative to bank or building society lending. I felt I was treated fairly and my application was treated on a completely individual basis. Reviewed on: 1st July 2025

They helped when no one else could

Excellent Service!

I've always found GWCU to be approachable and friendly. They've been more than accommodating and understanding when I had a late payment issue on a small loan I took out with them.
