Excellent, efficient, trustworthy and friendly

I've been with GWCU for years, both for savings and loans. Always had an excellent, friendly and helpful experience with them. They are trustworthy, very efficient and go above and beyond to help. Their interest rates in loans are fair and interest on savings is good. I would highly recommend them to friends and family. Reviewed on: 30th May 2025

Good on Service but Interest Rates could come down

Satisfied with service overall but, given their customer base are struggling to make ends meet, Credit Union interest rates on loans should be reduced over time to match reputable bank loans (respectable banks are charging around 6% 2025) Reviewed on: 21st April 2025

Great Western Credit is for everyone!

Great western credit have helped me and many people I know in our times of struggles. With the cost of living crisis still having its impact. They offer reasonable loans for everyday people. GWC also have a great customer service team, who are straight talking and overly helpful in any way they can be. Reviewed on: 18th April 2025
