Easy to use

It's great that my monthly savings come straight out of my pay check, means one less thing for me to sort out every month! Queries I had when I signed up were responded and dealt with very quickly, all round good service and support from the team. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

I live in Somerset, but 'the computer says NO!'

I cannot complete the joining process as it rejected my postcode as being a valid one in Somerset, I tried my work postcode which is in central Taunton (the County Town) and got the same rejection..... Reviewed on: 21st July 2024

Credit Unions are better than the big banks

I have been saving with this credit union for around sixteen years. What's good is that I know when I am saving someone else is able to borrow so I am supporting people on lower incomes than myself. I also have found that if I need my money I contact the branch and the customer service is excellent. I know my money is safe, supporting people who need it and is easy to hand if I need it.
