Easy to use

It's great that my monthly savings come straight out of my pay check, means one less thing for me to sort out every month! Queries I had when I signed up were responded and dealt with very quickly, all round good service and support from the team. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

Essential service in difficult times

As a founder member of the Great Western Credit Unions' parent organisation {Bristol City Council CU} I have followed their growth very carefully. They provide far more services than we could imagine back in 1996. I have been glad of the opportunity to save regularly every month and have used the money for rainy days.
