I started saving with a credit union over 20 years ago.

I started saving with a credit union over 20 years ago. In those days I took my money to a meeting room to pay in weekly. I started when I became a lone parent and had very little income other than benefits. They helped me to start saving even though I had very little disposable income. It helped me to buy presents, with Christmas and also with some unexpected bills. They have been my longest saving partner. Reviewed on: 11th July 2025

Great Western Credit Union - Trustworthy.

We have been regular savers with GWCU over many years and have always been able to have good contact with them and also when we have had to withdraw funds this has been an easy and efficient process. Would definitely recommend GWCU to potential savers/lenders. Reviewed on: 10th July 2025

Great way to keep investments in the region

Everyone I've spoken to either in person, online or on the phone has been incredibly helpful and clearly has the regions best interests at heart. It's great to know my investment is working to support people in my neighbourhood and not going to greenwashing or pinkwashing banks and lenders. Reviewed on: 10th July 2025
