Very good experience overall!

Very good experience overall. I opened a savings account through a work incentive and set up a direct debit for £25, which I’ve continued without needing to think about it—an easy and hassle-free way to build up savings until I decide what to use it for. Customer service has consistently been friendly and helpful, making the experience feel personal and supportive. I gave a good rating rather than excellent due to a recent mix-up involving my direct debit, but to their credit, the issue was acknowledged and resolved immediately. Great work everyone! Simple and easy to do.

Makes saving easy

So easy to save through payroll and good rates of interest. I was encouraged to start saving with the "Stop loan sharks" incentive and keep saving monthly. It means I can afford a short get away with friends every year and I don't have to worry about paying for it, because I don't notice the small amount that goes out from my pay every month.
