Everything is easy...

When I call, staff are always friendly and polite and this is also the case when I go into the branch. I like the fact that it’s community banking and I feel a sense of belonging by being with Bristol Credit Union. Reviewed on: 9th July 2020

Clear and helpful every time

GWCU sends a helpful and understandable newsletter, which helps me understand what they have to offer and helps me feel involved. They managed the merger with the CU I was in before very well. Reviewed on: 13th May 2025

I save a small amount each month.

I save a small amount each month. This is then used as spending money on a short holiday each year. I like saving with the GWCU as it is ethical and works to help the community rather than shareholders.Their customer service is excellent. I am treated with respect, courtesy and patience.
