Great account

Great current account giving £5 reward each month plus cash back to be earnt using your debit card in certain stores. Very helpful in branch when setting up the account talking us through everything really well, can't fault them so far. Reviewed on: 28th March 2016

Unsecure account and terrible customer service

50£ left my account through a standing order that I never set up. I have been in contact with them 6 times through the chat and 2 on the phone. Long waiting times (over an hour) and always technical issues. They still have not been able to solve it nor to tell me where the money went. Reviewed on: 20th September 2023

Fantastic App!

The best thing about them is the digital app which is the most functional, easy to use and full service I have used. If there is ever something you can't do o on the app (which is rare) you can call them directly through the app so its quicker and they are always been helpful, reliable and fair.
