From start to finish the whole process was painless

Halifax

The branch staff always make you feel welcome and when my dad and myself went in to do some complicated business the staff member who served us was brilliant. On another occasion I went into a branch there was no queue and the member of staff who served me was very pleasant. I do most of my banking online and the website layout is good.
