Halifax is a very poor bank for customer service

not so good. someone owed me money and bank transferred it to me. i’m guessing because they moved away is why they did a charge back on my account and it ended up getting closed . I was not at fault Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

I feel safe with the Halifax

I've had an account with the Halifax since I was a child and since that time they've not been involved with any financial scandal (as far as I know!) and that makes me feel confident in them as a bank. Reviewed on: 15th October 2023
