Needs to rename the account

Its no longer an account that actually offers any decent reward so it could do with being re-branded. Reviewed on: 7th January 2020

Great overall

Great accont

We have never had any problem with this account, It is very clear what is in your bank, what transactions are due to go out. The app is very easy to use and any queries are quickly answered. Reviewed on: 17th December 2019

Reward Review

I'm enjoying my account, and the online access I have via the App. I complete transactions in minutes, and being able to complete tasks like reordering or stopping a debit card is wonderful. Likewise there is a reasonable limit on transfer I can make to new or existing payees. As I already have another account whereby I pay for benefits this is great for me. I'm also happy with the easy to understand overdraft rates, and all the text message communication which keeps me Informed and updated about my account. Reviewed on: 29th November 2019

Very easy to control

I have had an account with Halifax since I was around 15 & the Reward Current Account is a fantastic product. I find it very easy to manage my overdraft settings, freeze/unfreeze transactions or monitor my direct debits. I receive text messages to confirm if certain activities on my card were done by me, I have never had any security issues & I trust my money to be 100% safe in this account.
