Beware its a con

If your water in your heating system is not crystal clear like Buxton spring water they will not repair your boiler which proberbly amounts to 90% of systems just had a total arse hole from plumbcare and would not even put a jubilee clip on a hose in boiler to rectify the leak because water was slightly discoulered spoke to my sons farther in law as he is an heating engineer his own system has discoure in it he told me it is just a way of getting out of doing repair told the arse hole to leave cover off and I will put one on can't he said as I'm not a heating engineer wtf told him to get out of my house he spent half of time on his phone vaping in van could have had a couple of new boilers fitted with what I have paid ultimate reward over years discusting Reviewed on: 23rd January 2024

Very poor level of service with phone repairs

I am an ultimate reward costumer for over 15 years and I needed a mobile phone repair. They have sent me to a shop in Wimbledon who used third party screen. I can’t use my phone anymore. The screen is constantly black, I can’t reply to the calls and the battery goes flat very quickly, it is a rip off. I will not recommend the ultimate reward and I am moving to another bank. BE AWARE DO NOT PAY FOR THEIR RIP OFF ULTIMATE ACCOUNT FWATURE. Reviewed on: 19th February 2023

Everything I need

It's a fantastic account to have. I couldn't do without the benefits which come with it. It's a small amount to pay to know I'm protected with my phone or car. I have recommended to many friends and family. Reviewed on: 10th January 2023

Pointless benefits

The one time that I needed the home emergency service (burst pipe), no one picked up the phone for 45 min. so had to deal with it myself. The email address on the recorded message did not work to submit the claim. There is no other method of contact available. I am switching to another provider for a packaged account as this is total waste of money. Blocking customers' ability to contact the organisation for service provision and complaints is becoming a trend, with various excuses including Covid, which has long gone for practical purposes. Highly recommended bank

Great account with so many extras well worth the £17. My favourite is the AA cover, travel insurance and money smart option. This account has it all and well worth the money. Halifax as always brings you first class offers, support, advice, top class customer care and all done online or in store. Highly recommended so check it out as you won’t be disappointed.
