SVR not come down after 3 interest rate cuts. SVR not come down after 3 interest rate cuts. Savings rates have come down. SVR goes up immediately interest rates go up. Gross profiteering imo. Reviewed on: 25th March 2025

Plus 1 customer service always!!

Always have plus 1 customer service at any of the Hanley Branches I visit. I have also just had a quick phone call with regards to a retention product & Sherry was very knowledgeable and professional. She gave me all of my current mortgage figures/balances & platformed when I should hear about the upcoming rates that will be relevant to my mortgage when it is due. Reviewed on: 5th February 2025
