Our experience mainly surrounds Lana Beech at The Hanley and her handling of our mortgage application. We want to thank Lana for all her assistance in this matter. The process was made all the simpler for your involvement. I think that sometimes people forget - in this age of faceless online application processes - that it’s often the people that make these experiences better, supported by good IT; not the other way around. Grateful thanks to Hanleys..

I was pleased and grateful to my broker for finding Hanleys and to be given a lifetime mortgage when some places would not offer because of being over 80. Having been evicted by developers I was unable to find anywhere to rent . My phone calls have always been answered swiftly and in a polite and friendly manner. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025
