At such a daunting and uncertain times for the mortgage market, I am so very pleased we chose to mortgage our new home with The Hanley. From our very first enquiry, all the bumps along the way and right up until the very end, Jane Longmore was profressional, warm and helpful the entire way through. Having brought a new property, it was never going to be a quick process however, Jane was patient and efficient every step of the way. We really cannot thank her enough, Even down to the lovely card Jane sent on completion, it’s the little things. I was pleased and grateful to my broker for finding Hanleys and to be given a lifetime mortgage when some places would not offer because of being over 80.
