SVR not come down after 3 interest rate cuts. SVR not come down after 3 interest rate cuts. Savings rates have come down. SVR goes up immediately interest rates go up. Gross profiteering imo. Reviewed on: 25th March 2025

Hanley is really reliable and on your side

I've had a fixed rate mortgage with Hanley since 2015, the first term ended in 2020 and the second one will end this December. I found Hanley very helpful in explaining what my different options were and I've been fortunate in getting a very reasonable rate throughout. Given my age (75) my mortgage options were limited but Hanley gave me a very competitive rate (currently 2.9%) despite this. Reviewed on: 6th February 2025

At last! A provider that understands my needs.

Over the past 2 years I have spend countless hours exploring various options for Equity Release. While I have adequate funds invested in my pension I could show little income to providers because I have been financially sensible saving into and then living off my ISA investments. The Hanley was the only provider I could find that was savvy enough to realise that people with solid investments should be able to use those investments as evidence of income potential and therefore allow a lifetime interest only mortgage product to be offered Reviewed on: 27th March 2025

Very helpful.
