SVR not come down after 3 interest rate cuts. SVR not come down after 3 interest rate cuts. Savings rates have come down. SVR goes up immediately interest rates go up. Gross profiteering imo. Reviewed on: 25th March 2025

Great rate, personal service

I hadn't appreciated quite what a faff remortgaging to a different company is, but having applied for a very competitive rate from Hanley, was guided through the whole process expertly. Advisor Lana was helpful and responsive throughout - I particularly appreciated her chasing the solicitor at the end, to get the remortgage over the line in time. At last! A provider that understands my needs.

Over the past 2 years I have spend countless hours exploring various options for Equity Release. While I have adequate funds invested in my pension I could show little income to providers because I have been financially sensible saving into and then living off my ISA investments. The Hanley was the only provider I could find that was savvy enough to realise that people with solid investments should be able to use those investments as evidence of income potential and therefore allow a lifetime interest only mortgage product to be offered Reviewed on: 27th March 2025

Very helpful.

The perfect mortgage
