Easy to contact by phone, able to open accounts by post, competitive interest rates. easy to understand info for savings accounts, accounts opened quickly, care about customers who do not use the internet for financial affairs, have branches that welcome customers and give personal attention Reviewed on: 16th April 2025

Mutual support for six decades!

I’ve held several savings accounts over the decades (my parents opened the first one for me when I was a baby of three months old). I’m now in my sixties and have had excellent service from HEBS over the years. I also love the fact that they are very local to Stoke-on-Trent. Reviewed on: 14th April 2025
