It has a branch in Leighton Buzzard. It opens on a Saturday morning. Interest rates are competitive. Don't like interest rates less than online only. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024

Online Only products are priced to reflect the restrictions applied to both applications and ongoing management of these products (for instance you could not go into Leighton branch on Saturday Morning to transact on an Online account). We have some competitive which can be applied for and managed through all channels, including a 2 Year Fixed Rate Bond. Very thorough and diligent. HBS offers good products with a great customer focused culture compared to big banks. Could be modernised slightly, still sending me letters when it could easily be digital but doesn't hinder the service. Reviewed on: 6th April 2024
