Very thorough and diligent. HBS offers good products with a great customer focused culture compared to big banks. Could be modernised slightly, still sending me letters when it could easily be digital but doesn't hinder the service. Reviewed on: 6th April 2024

Leighton Buzzard staff were pleasant, helpful, excellent explaining the T+Cs and answering my questions. Online support team are thoughtful, patient (took a while to realise my difficulties were caused by the Apple iOS) and helpful. They provided good advice, thanks to all. Reviewed on: 1st April 2024
