Good are T&Cs, rules, product descriptions, many ways to send communications. Improvements to postal service form needed, your cheque design, to fix the position of some features, the hand-roof motif at top left, typeface of entries on cheque and blank or empty boxed, when improves are possible to apply. Get new bank account so your staff do not have to go to the post office to pay in cheques. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024

Convenient, friendly and helpful staff. Customer duty must be improved if interest rates are unfavourable to customer on an old product the customer must be advised to invest in the new product. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024

We are satisfied that our products provide good outcomes, fair value and assists customers in achieving their financial objectives. >99% of our savers receive better than the UK average savings rate. 2. The vast majority of our closed issue products are priced to match their open book equivalent. 3. We have, and will continue to signpost customers to new products so they can make an informed choice to decide is a new product would be suitable. 4. We have made the process to switch accounts much simpler and without the need to submit a full application number. Historically, with its local service I would always have recommended HBS but closing two days a week is a very significant degradation of service and eliminates your USP. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024

We regularly review our branch opening hours to make sure they are working for our members, and to ensure that all branch locations remain commercially viable. Generally, the feedback has been positive and we have not seen footfall reduce as a result of these changes- that being said, i will pass your comments to the Senior Team for further discussion.
