Reply from Harpenden Building Society We appreciate your feedback and sorry that you wouldn't recommend us following the closure of our Buckingham branch. All of our adult savings accounts are E-enabled for members who may not have access to a local branch and we are reviewing our processes to allow customers to complete some transactions via the phone.
