I used them for my first car and had to (unfortunately) use them, they made a very stressful time a lot easier and provided 10/10... Constant battle for a reasonable price. Every year they come back with an extortionate renewal quote which you then have to haggle over the phone.... Constant battle for a reasonable price. They then pretend they got you a great deal by offering cheaper than quote but much dearer than last year.
