Slow process - got there in the end!

The whole process was slow and time consuming probably due to Covid and the amount of information requested and the level of detail required. Got there in the end though, so thank you HRBS! Reviewed on: 14th April 2021

Complicated and lengthy

Very slow!

I’ve never known a slower purchase. Too many hoops to jump through despite the amount of detailed information we provided! Not open to using smaller but specialist solicitors. Shocking valuation, a second opinion should have been taken! The only overriding factor was the underwriter who took a view. Reviewed on: 2nd March 2021
